Refund Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy :
Orders placed through our website cannot be cancelled or modified. Two separate orders cannot be clubbed as a single order for shipping. Orders will be processed as per the invoice details only. Refunds for lost / damaged orders will be processed in the same payment method used while placing the order. Any processing charge levied by Razorpay will be deducted during refund.
Replacements will be considered only if:
- Product /products have been damaged at the time of delivery. Please email photos & videos to airbluecare@gmail.com/ WhatsApp +91 9789789784 to request a replacement.
- or if we have sent you a wrong product.
Delivery time :
Usually, all orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 working days. In case of any item being out of stock at the time of order, the order will be shipped once the item is restocked. If there is a delay of more than 10 days, we will get in touch with you to discuss a replacement for the unfulfilled item.
Any delays in delivery by the courier company will not be our responsibility. We will try our best to sort out the delay, but the final responsibility rests with the courier company.
International shipments :
Our responsibility for the order ends once we hand it over to the courier company. Any unforeseen delay due to customs or other regulations cannot be our responsibility. Any duty charges applicable at the receiving end also is the sole responsibility of the receiver.
